conditions, if any, as he may think fit, modify
or terminate the restriction contained in this
section or grant azem, tion in respect of any
dealing or class of dealings in land.
9.
Except in respect of dealings veruitted under
the provision of section 8, no dealing in land shall
be registered at any Registry of Titles or Land
office, and no instrument offecting any dealing in
land shall be registered at any Registry of Deeds.
10. Ary instrument purporting to effect any
· dealing in land contrary to the provisions of
this Part shall be void.
PANT V
PENALTIES.
11. Ary person contravening the provisions of
this Proclamation shall, on conviction by a
litary court, be punishable with imprisonment
of either description not exceeding five years,
or with fine up to any amount, or with both
euch fine and imprisonment.
